The Budget Blueprint: filled-in target amounts for a $5,000, $7,500, and $10,000 wedding, category by category, beside a U.S.-average column

The actual Budget Blueprint from inside the plan. Real numbers, sourced from The Knot 2026 Real Weddings Study. Planning targets, not a quote; adjust for your region and season.

The average U.S. wedding now runs about $34,200 (The Knot, 2026). Every free budget calculator is built around that number. This plan is built around the one you actually have: a real, filled-in plan for a third of it, on purpose, without feeling cheap.

Why not just use the free stuff?

Done for you, not a template to assemble

"Every '$5K wedding' tip assumes your parents own 10 acres. This is for the rest of us: real numbers for a wedding you are paying for yourself."

The free calculators give you the $34,200 town-average and no way to set a genuinely low number. A blank Google Sheet makes you build and maintain the whole thing yourself. The "real numbers" YouTube videos are one other couple's wedding you have to stitch together. This hands you the low-budget number, already filled in for your own under-$10K wedding, then shows you where every dollar of savings comes from.

  • Real, done-for-you target dollars for the budget you actually have, not a generic town-average
  • No blank spreadsheet to build, no Canva login, no $3,000 planner, no upsells
  • Not 30 videos to stitch together: one focused plan you own and print
  • Where to spend and where to cut: a plain verdict on all 14 categories
  • 30 specific cost-cutting moves, with the rough dollars each one saves
The Budget Blueprint page from the plan: real dollar targets for a $5K, $7.5K, and $10K wedding, not a blank tracker

Questions

How do I get the files after I pay?
Checkout is handled by Stripe. The moment your payment goes through you're sent to a download page with both PDFs, and a backup copy of the download links is emailed to you. If anything goes sideways, email felix@foundagent.net and I'll sort it out.
Are the dollar figures accurate?
The budget targets are grounded in current wedding-cost data (The Knot, Zola, and NerdWallet, 2025-2026) and shown as realistic planning targets. Weddings vary a lot by region and season, so every number is a starting point to adjust to your city, not a quote. There's an honest note about this inside the plan.
Can I edit the PDFs on my computer?
This is a done-for-you, print-and-go plan, not an editable template you assemble. The numbers are already filled in; you print it and write in your own figures by hand, which is the fastest way to actually use it. Print the whole plan or just the pages you need.
Do you have an Excel or Google Sheets wedding budget template?
This plan is a printable wedding budget template (PDF, US Letter and A4) with the numbers already filled in — not an .xlsx or Google Sheet you build formulas in. If you specifically want spreadsheet-style math, the free wedding budget calculator does the calculation for you, and this plan gives you the resulting target numbers to keep and print.
What do I need to print them?
Any home printer, or a library or copy shop. You get one file sized for US Letter (8.5 × 11) and one for A4, so it prints clean wherever you are. The type is easy to read and the blanks are sized for a pen.
What if it's not right for me?
There's a 7-day money-back guarantee. Email me within a week and I'll refund you in full.
